Living by the sycamore
Living by the sycamore endeavours to provide you with a 7 working day turnaround on your orders. But we will always aim to deliver it to you quicker wherever possible.
Larger items such as linens, table lamps, large potted plants, furniture and rugs are delivered direct from our supplier. Due to Brexit and Covid restrictions these orders may take longer than 7 working days. If you have not received your order or have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is vital that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
- Standard fee is £5.95 which inlcudes cushions, small decorative accesories and small floral items. Free shipping is available on these items on orders over £100.
- Bulkier items such as linens, table lamps and large potted plants are £15.
- Furniture orders cost £35.
- Rugs have free delivery.
UK Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly
- Standard fee is £9.95 which inlcudes cushions, small decorative accesories and small floral items.
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery to these areas.
- Similarly we are unable to deliver heavier items, linens, table lamps, large potted plants, furniture or rugs to these areas.
Orders placed after 4 pm will be dealt with the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.

Damages and returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty.
Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. However, we do need you to keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss your returns, prior to you sending it back.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
We will also require you to supply us with photographs of the damage within 24 hours in order for us to claim from our couriers.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
